This policy explains how the Job Directory landing page (job-directory.eu) handles personal data. The site's only data collection is the newsletter signup form.

What we collect and why

When you submit the signup form, we process the email address you enter. Purpose: to send you launch notes and product updates about Job Directory. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).

How and where it is stored

Your submission is sent to a serverless function that stores one record in a private object-storage bucket, keyed by a SHA-256 hash of your email. Hosting and storage are provided by our processor Scaleway (Scaleway SAS, France), in the EU region Amsterdam (nl-ams). No data is transferred outside the EU. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not set non-essential cookies.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the newsletter is discontinued, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
